I discovered this sauce at our local international grocery and haven’t turned back since. If you love sushi rolls that have eel sauce on them, this is for you. Turns out Unagi Sauce is the same thing as Eel sauce. If you are short on time and can’t whip up your own, I highly recommend keeping this sauce on hand for a variety of dishes.
