This is an evolving recipe, but here is the first iteration. We will be adding more ingredients to it as we work on it, but the simple one is great for picky eaters (i.e. my 9 year old).
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cube beef bouillion
- 1/4 cup scallions chopped
- 3 packs ramen
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- Cook down the butter, garlic and minced ginger in a medium sauce pan (about 2 minutes).
- Add in the remaining ingredients and boil on low/medium heat. Cook for the duration of the ramen box instructions.
- Serve with any left over scallions as garnish.
