Greek Salad Dressing – V2

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsps red wine vinegar, or apple cider vinegar
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp dried basil
  • sea salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste, about 1/2 teaspoon each
