- 1 cup fresh fruit ( we used rasberries)
- 1/4 cup water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 1/2 tbsp honey
- 2 1/2 tbsp gelatin
- In a blender, puree the 1 cup fresh fruit and 1/4 cup water. Strain out the seeds.
- Add lemon juice and honey. Transfer to the stovetop and cook on low as you add the gelatin. Whisk the mixture until all the gelatin is dissolved.
- Fill a silicone mold with the mixture and freeze for 35 minutes.
- Voila! Fresh fruit gummies!
