INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup fresh fruit ( we used rasberries)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 2 1/2 tbsp gelatin

DIRECTIONS:

  • In a blender, puree the 1 cup fresh fruit and 1/4 cup water.   Strain out the seeds.
  • Add lemon juice and honey.   Transfer to the stovetop and cook on low as you add the gelatin.  Whisk the mixture until all the gelatin is dissolved.
  • Fill a silicone mold with the mixture and freeze for 35 minutes.
  • Voila! Fresh fruit gummies!
