Breakfast Super Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 1 English muffin

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toast the English muffin. While its toasting slice your tomato and avocado (you will only need 1 slice of each).
  2. In your egg pan heat up the ham slightly and remove before it Browns.
  3. Fry 1 egg sunny side up, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stack fried egg, avocado slice, ham, and tomato slice on the English muffin and you’re ready to enjoy!
