INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 3 3/4 cups water
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in a medium pot. Stir. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling turn fire as low as possible. Cover and leave alone for 15 minutes.
- Turn off fire, fluff, cover and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
