INGREDIENTS:
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray pan with cooking spray.
- Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces and put in large mixing bowl. Add all the ingredients and toss to coat.
- Place cauliflower on baking sheet (spread out) and bake until tender (about 10 minutes, but check with a fork).
