Our second night of Blue Apron goodness was the Spicy Bucatini Shrimp Pasta with Kale.  Here’s a summary of it:

Boil the pasta and drain. 3 cloves garlic and 3 scallions minced, cook down in the olive oil.  Cook the shrimp (salt and pepper) 1 minute each side in olive oil.  Add Kale, crushed red pepper (about 1/2 tsp) and butter.  Once wilted toss pasta in.  Garnish with the left over scallions.

What we’d change:  Substitute the Spinach for Pasta
