Sandy’s Crockpot Chicken Pasta

Our friend Sandy introduced us to this super simple recipe packed with flavor that she discovered online! I love a meal that only needs a few ingredients!

INGREDIENTS

1-2 cups chicken breasts
16 oz Olive Garden Salad Dressing
¼ cup parmesan cheese
¼ tsp pepper
8 oz cream cheese
16 oz penne pasta, cooked/drained    

DIRECTIONS
•    Place chicken breasts in bottom of the slow cooker.
•    Pour dressing over chicken and add pepper.
•    Place the cream cheese on top
•    Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours
•    Cook/drain pasta
•    Shred the chicken with 2 forks. Add pasta. Stir. Sprinkle over the parmesan cheese.
