Mimi’s Corn Beef

Another New Years staple from Mimi, super simple and extra tasty!


1 corn beef with seasoning packet

1 cup beef broth


  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a medium pan coat the bottom with one cup of beef broth.
  3. Lay corn beef in pan with the fat side up. Take the seasoning packet and rub seasoning on the top of the corn beef.
  4. Bake for 2 hours.
  5. Tent with aluminum foil and bake 1 more hour.
  6. Cut and serve!
