Spice up your cucumber on a dull day with a little cajun spice and some ponzu dressing.
Ponzu Sauce (Kikkoman)
Peel skin off cucumber. Cut into 4 spears and remove seeds. Cut into chunks and put in bowl. Pour ponzu sauce generously. Coat top of cucumbers with thin layer of Tony Chacere’s cajun seasoning and mix. Voila!
