Was looking for some alternate salmon recipes – ones with less sodium – and came across this one, it was delicious!
- 2 tablespoons white miso paste
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1½pounds skinless salmon fillets, cut into 2- to 3-inch pieces
- Pepper to taste
- Juice of one lime
1- Combine miso, soy sauce, olive oil, turmeric, and pepper in a bowl and coat all sides of the skinless salmon. Let marinate for 1 hour.
2- After marinating, heat medium pan on stove on medium heat with olive oil. Add salmon. Cook in the pan turning frequently for about 15 minutes – well done (for medium rare 9 minutes).
3 – Squeeze juice of one lime and serve.
