After diving into a recent Master Class on our gut microbiomes, I took their recommendation and put together a fantastic yogurt combination:
- 1/2 cup Whole Milk Plain Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup golden berries
- drizzle of honey
- Optional: 1 tbsp granola
