Great for a snack or a salad topper, these sugared pecans always hit the spot!
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pecans
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in one bowl.
- In a second bowl whisk egg white and water until frothy.
- Toss pecans in egg white mixture.
- Mix sugar mixture into pecan mixture.
- Bake 1 hour, stir/toss every 15 minutes until brown.
