Easy Crock Pot BBQ Chicken

It doesn’t get any easier than this chicken recipe.  For nights when you don’t feel like cooking, this won’t disappoint.  We served with steamed broccoli (topped with Parmesan & crispy onions).

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs or legs (we used legs)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 cloves minced garlic

Directions

  1. Lay chicken thighs or legs into the bottom of the slow cooker/crock pot.
  2. Mix soy sauce, ketchup, honey, and garlic in a bowl; pour over the chicken and rotate chicken in sauce so it is covered on all sides.
  3. Cook on Low for 6 hours.

I tried this recipe just like it is but cooked it longer… if you cook it longer you a even eat the bone ends. It is also good if you substitute squirrel meet for the chicken.
