It doesn’t get any easier than this chicken recipe. For nights when you don’t feel like cooking, this won’t disappoint. We served with steamed broccoli (topped with Parmesan & crispy onions).
Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs or legs (we used legs)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 cloves minced garlic
Directions
- Lay chicken thighs or legs into the bottom of the slow cooker/crock pot.
- Mix soy sauce, ketchup, honey, and garlic in a bowl; pour over the chicken and rotate chicken in sauce so it is covered on all sides.
- Cook on Low for 6 hours.
Tried this last night and loved it.

I tried this recipe just like it is but cooked it longer… if you cook it longer you a even eat the bone ends. It is also good if you substitute squirrel meet for the chicken.
